One of the additional problems our strength can cause us is that it makes us nervous. That, in turn, makes our body tense. That only makes things worse.

I've sure you've noticed it before. When another touches you, it's easier to simply go limp, isn't it? [He's been there. He knows.] While it sounds contradictory, it means focusing that sort of looseness. If you stay tense, then you're at risk of making too sharp a movement, which leads to broken things, or even individuals.
